Invest in technology

Over the years one thing that has been very close to my heart is about learning, keep learning no matter how much you know or how old you are. In general majority of software engineers with whom I had interacted just focus on their project work, they have almost no interest in knowing more about any new technology be it new programming language, framework or others. People just don't invest in technology. In one of my personal favorite book "Pragmatic programmers- from journeyman to master" the authors discuss about investing in technology in a similar manner the way we invest in stocks.
